In the 5 day period from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday, over half of the retailers on Kalio's eCommerce platform saw conversion improvements of 20% or more (compared to last year). A top contributor to the holiday season sales was the ability to configure site wide changes rapidly.
Customers also outperformed the industry benchmark for revenue growth. Kalio customer revenues increased an average of 32.6% from 2012, beating the industry average of 16.5% reported by IBM. Many of Kalio’s leading retailers ran strong email campaigns, boosting the number of orders generated.
